"I’ve been trying to make changes since July 1st but they did not submit the updates. They do not follow up either. You have to keep texting them or ask to speak to the manager to finally get anything done. Terrible service, they lack accountability and respond saying the text messages confuse them. If you are confused you should contact your client to get any clarification. Always!
